I’m a software engineer with a strong execution-focused background, holding a master’s degree in Computer Science and dual bachelor’s degrees in Computer Engineering and Computer Information Systems (Game Development) from California State University, San Bernardino. I bring five years of industry experience, including three years in the software engineering industry, where I worked on complex, production-grade software systems.
My strengths are in applied engineering—designing, building, and shipping real applications. I focus on turning ideas into working products, with experience spanning application development, game systems, embedded programming with microcontrollers, and performance-conscious software design. I’m most effective when working on end-to-end systems, from architecture through implementation.

For more than 18 years, Joseph has lived at the intersection of youth sports, videography, and technology. He has filmed thousands of athletes, witnessed the moments that shape young lives, and experienced firsthand how access — or the lack of it — can change an athlete’s future. Those years taught him something powerful: talent is everywhere, but opportunity isn’t.
That belief sparked Tecconnect.
Joseph created Tecconnect to bridge the gap — to connect teams with reliable film technicians, to empower creators with new income, and to give athletes the visibility they deserve. With real-time map tracking, verified reviews, and built-in live streaming, Tecconnect isn’t just an app. It’s a movement to elevate youth sports and bring communities together.
Joseph’s foundation is rooted in excellence. He earned his B.S. in Computer Information Systems, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a perfect 4.0 GPA, and later completed his Master’s in Project Management at the University of Southern California, earning a 3.9 GPA. His academic discipline, combined with real-world experience, fuels his leadership of Tecconnect.
Beyond entrepreneurship, Joseph serves as a Software Manager Engineer in the Areospace industry, leading high-level engineering teams and mission-critical technology projects. His ability to blend technical mastery with human-centered vision is what drives Tecconnect’s innovation.
At his core, Joseph believes in impact — creating tools that change lives, building platforms that open doors, and using technology to uplift the next generation of athletes.
